Before we begin our work you will be given a quotation. This is the figure you will find on your final bill, with none of those last minute little additions.

Minimum disruption.

We are very keen that when we are working we create the minimum mess and that when finished we clean up after ourselves properly. Nothing is more annoying than finding workmen have left a mess everywhere. We work to a quality system to ensure the disruption to your home or premises is minimal.

No call out charge.

Even if we are called out in the middle of the night we make no call out charge.

24 hour emergency service.

We operate 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Nigh time calls are usually for emergency situations where we need to either carry out a full repair on the spot or to make your premises secure until a full and professional repair can be carried out. All our vans carry a large range of glass in all sizes and thickness but additionally they also carry substantial boarding materials to enable us to secure shop windows and the likes.
